Malaysian Centre for Remote Sensing (MACRES) Selects Antaragrafik to Provide the Applanix POS AV 510 to enhance its geospatial orientation data system

Singapore, (13 July 2006) -
Credent Technology Asia, a leading provider of geospatial services is pleased to announce that Malaysian Centre for Remote Sensing (MACRES) selects Antaragrafik Systems Sdn Bhd to provide the Applanix POS AV 410 and POS AV 510 to generate accurate geospatial orientation data. MACRES will integrate the POS AV with a hyper spectral sensor and Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (IFSAR) sensor.

The Applanix POS AV is an integrated inertial position and orientation system specifically designed to provide direct geo-referencing data for all types of airborne sensors. The system integrates precision GPS with inertial technology to provide real-time and post-processed information for aerial cameras, LIDAR systems, imaging scanners, and Synthetic Aperture Radar.
